Sake 1/2 tablespoon

1. Rub the chicken breast evenly with sake and minced ginger, then let it sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Place the marinade in a heat-resistant container and cover it with plastic wrap. Microwave on 600W for 3 minutes, flip it over, microwave for another 3 minutes, then steam it in the oven. Once cooled, cut it into thin strips.
